I am a health and fitness enthusiast who desires that people not be satisfied to just live life, but rather to live life abundantly. God created us to enjoy life in full health and with vitality! My wellness motto is basic yet successful: move your body, eat real foods and love yourself. As a proud mother of 2 kids I can relate to the juggling act that parents perform on a daily basis as they work full time, chauffeur the kids to activities, do the never ending laundry, vacuum, cook and so on. Due to a lack of time, I believe in quality workouts not quantity, and in clean eating...most of the time.
For the past 15 years I have been a fitness instructor and personal trainer through Can Fit Pro. I take continuing education seriously as I want to ensure that my participants receive the latest in exercise trends and safe exercise practices. Additional trainings that I have completed are: Kangoo Jumps, Freestyle Five Fitness battle ropes, intro to Cross Fit, Stott pilates mat, Schwinn cycling, Les Mills body pump, Les Mills body combat and presently I am two thirds through my 200 hour journey with YogaFit to be a registered yoga teacher.
My passion is to encourage and empower my participants to embrace a LONG TERM LIFESTYLE of health and wellness; there are no quick fixes! Diets and gimmicks will fail, however, revising one's eating and exercise habits as well as one's way of thinking will lead to lasting results.
